iSouthwestern Medical Center’s Intensive Care Unit features state-of-the-art technology and provides comfort and healing to individuals with critical health conditions. Our highly qualified and trained staff work diligently to provide support for patients and their loved ones.
Our Intensive Care Unit was designed with patient care as top priority. Our centrally located nursing station provides the opportunity for continuous monitoring of each patient room.
Due to the sensitive conditions of our patients, ICU visiting privileges are reserved for immediate family members over the age of 12. Visiting hours are around the clock, except during shift changes which occur between the hours of 8am – 9am and 7pm – 8pm.
We understand that having a loved one in intensive care can be difficult to manage and encourage family members to seek assistance with any questions or concerns they may have from any of our on duty physicians or nurses.
