The team at Southwestern Medical Center's Acute Rehabilitation Unit is dedicated to serving their patients’ needs and providing a patient-centered, individualized approach to each rehabilitation experience.
Jennifer James, MD
Medical Director
It's very rewarding to see a patient who has suffered a serious injury or health event achieve their treatment goals and return home to live their best life.
Dr. James is a family medicine physician with Southwestern Primary Care. She received a Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma Medical School and completed residency training at the OU Family Medicine residency program.
As the Medical Director of Southwestern Medical Center Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation, Dr. James assists with developing and implementing patients' treatment plans as well as coordinating patient admission and discharge with their physicians.
Tina Cress-Guerrero, PTA

Tina grew up in Lawton, OK. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and has been a Physical Therapy Assistant for more than 20 years with a specialty in massage therapy. She enjoys traveling with her sisters and going to the beach. In her spare time, Tina loves going to the gym and playing with her two rescue dogs.
Dallas Crotty, OT

Dallas grew up in Dallas, Texas before moving to Oklahoma. She graduated from Texas Woman's University in Dallas and has been an occupational therapist for three years, with a certification in cupping therapy. In her free time, Dallas likes spending time with her dog and crocheting for her friends and family. She also enjoys traveling and going to concerts.
Kyla Koehler, DPT
"I enjoy getting to know the patients and their stories. It's very rewarding to see the progress they make from start to finish.”
Kyla grew up in Elgin, Ok. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's in health sciences. She then went on to complete a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
